How does online therapy work?
Once we have our appointment scheduled, I will invite you to join our client portal. This will give you access to your appointment times and the link to log in to a private, secure, video session.

What can I expect from our first session?
In your first session, we will spend a lot of time getting to know each other! We will go over some important information about the therapeutic process, but the primary focus will be on learning about what you hope to get out of your experience with me. I believe in setting goals to help create a roadmap.

Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. Choosing self-pay for therapy offers clients greater privacy, flexibility, and control over their treatment. Without the constraints of insurance, sessions can be tailored to your unique needs—free from diagnostic labels or coverage limits. You decide the pace, the focus, and the frequency, all while keeping your mental health journey confidential and truly yours. For payment, I accept Health Savings Account and all major credit cards.

Do you meet in-person?
I am currently offering online appointments, only. Online therapy offers the freedom to prioritize your mental health without disrupting your daily life. No traffic, no waiting rooms—just meaningful support from wherever you feel safest. It’s ideal for busy schedule and is ideal for anyone who finds comfort in opening up from home.

How do I pay for sessions?
I accept all major credit cards and HSA. Prior to your first session, you will complete various intake forms. You will be asked to fill out a credit card authorization form, which will identify your preferred method of payment. I will run the payment with you at the end of every session.

Absolutely! I accept Health Savings Account (HSA) payments, making it easier to invest in your mental wellness. Using your HSA means you can access therapy with pre-tax dollars—no insurance hassles, just straightforward support when you need it most. Healing is a priority, and your HSA can help make it happen.

How much is each session?
Investing in your mental health is one of the most powerful decisions you can make—for yourself, your relationships, and your future. At $125 per session, you’re not just paying for therapy—you’re prioritizing healing, growth, and lasting change. Because your well-being is worth every step, and every dollar.

When do you have appointments?
I am available to meet with clients Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM. Having an online platform makes it easier for you to schedule at a time that’s most convenient.
